After Canaan and Jude were in bed Friday night, my brother and his family arrived. It had been almost 2 years since I'd seen them (too long). My youngest nephew played in a tennis tournament on Saturday so we got to watch him play. He will be 11 in a few days and played very well. He and his brother are quite the tennis players.
Day 5
- We watched my nephew play 2 tennis matches. Canaan enjoyed playing tennis balls with my oldest nephew. He was sweet to play with her while we watched the matches.
- Canaan played with the water hose at Grandma & Grandpa's house. We had to change her clothes before we went back for the second tennis match.
- After nap time, we went swimming again.
- Jude took a nap during the swimming.
We left town Sunday at 5 pm and our plane landed after 11 pm in Seattle. It was a long day, but we had a great time. We were able to relax, enjoy the sun and heat (it got to 95 at least one day...40 degrees warmer than in Seattle on the same day), eat some yummy food (Chick-fil-a, Abuelo's, Scholtzsky's, etc), and go to a movie.
