My parents came into town last Thursday to visit for the weekend. I'll have to upload a couple of pictures later on. I tried this recipe while they were here. I could not find it on the internet so you may have to purchase the magazine or ask me for the recipe.

This was pretty good, but it always takes me longer to cook meat than the recipes suggest. So by the time the meat was finished the other items were cold. My mom wanted the recipe so I guess that's a good sign.
