Last night I made something I saw on Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals show while I was home sick last week. M and I both liked it. It had good flavor (although I thought it was pretty salty), and the chicken stayed moist rather than drying out. That is my pet peeve about cooking any kind of meat. I don't like dry meat. You should give this recipe a try.
